Directions for saving use:
Apply onto clean skin, 30 minutes before sun exposure and re-apply every two hours / after swimming, excessive sweating, or toweling.

Application time: Apply at least 15 minutes prior to UV exposure and re-apply after 60 minutes of swimming, sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every two hours with direct sun exposure
